- sm onion
- 7oz cheese

Step 1
Line 20cm shallow dish with pastry. Prick with fork. Chop bacon finely and line base. 4-6 rashers will do. Chop onion finely. Put onion, egg,salt, pepper, seasoning and cheese to milk. Mix as you go. Add tp pastry base.
Step 2
Cook in preheated oven, Gas mark 5, for 30 - 40 minutes. When the top is golden brown and firm the quiche is coooked
Step 3
Eat hot or cold. Eat with chips, wedges, salad, baked potato. A slice is good in the lunchbox instead of a sandwich. Can be reheated.
Step 4
Ideal to be made in advance and frozen.
