Light chocolate mousse

  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 ml of skimmed milk
  • 3 tablespoons sweetener

Step 1

1) Melt the chocolate (microwave or saucepan) with 1 tablespoon of water

2) Heat the milk and just before it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the beaten egg yolks, whisking.

3) Mix with the melted chocolate

4) Beat the egg whites until stiff, gently incorporate the sweetener

5) Gently fold the cream mixture into chocolate

6) Pour in a serving dish and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour
