- 250 gr cooking chocolate

Mix the yolks with the sugar.
In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites until you get a consistency of 'firm snow peaks'.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave save recipient. You can add a tablespoon of butter or milk to the chocolate.
Mix the melted chocolate with the yolks and sugar.
To finalise, gently involve the whisked egg whites with the rest.
Leave it to rest in the fridge for 6-10 hours to get the right consistency.
You can serve this dessert alone or with whisked cream, pieces of walnuts or strawberries.
