  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey to drizzle

preheat oven to 180

Step 2

place parsnips and carrots in an ovenproof dish and coat in oil

Step 3

drizzle over honey and bake in oven for 30/40 mins until tender and golden turning regularly to stop them sticking
