  • 80g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1tsp salt
  • 5 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tin cream of chicken soup
  • 125ml white wine
  • rice

Step 1

Dice the chicken and set aside. Mix the flour, oregano and salt in a bowl. Add the chicken and cover well.

Step 2

Cook the rice per the packet instructions

Step 3

Pour the soup and white wine into a saucepan and mix on low heat. Add the chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through (about 12-15minutes).

Step 4

Drain the rice and serve with the chicken.
