Step 1

-Peel and remove the stone from the apricots.
-Fry them in melted butter
-Stew, crushing the apricots with a wooden spoon
-After several minutes, you should get a sauce with melted pieces.
-Sprinkle with cinnamon, vanilla sugar and ginger, stir for 2 minutes then remove from the heat
-Heat the milk, and meanwhile beat the eggs with sugar 2-3 mins.
-Preheat the oven to 150 °C, on ventilated heat.
-Pour the milk, just hot, with the eggs and sugar and mix together
-Lastly, butter the 6 moulds and pour in the mixture.
-Bake in the oven in a bain marie (in a tray of water).
