- Crumbled Paneer-2 cups
- Bread slice-2
- Red Chilli Powder/lal mirch-1/2teaspoons

Indian cottage cheese prepared in Indo- chinese style
- For marinade and frying
- Paneer/ Indian cottage cheese - 250 gm
- Plain flour - 4 tbs
- Cornflour - 2 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/4-1/2 cup
- Oil for shallow frying
- For sauce
- Onion - 2 medium ( cubed )
- Capsicum/ pepper - 1
- Green chillies - 2( cut diagnoly )
- Minced ginger - 1 tsp
- Minced garlic - 1tsp
- Tomato sauce/ tomato ketchup - 3 tbs
- Soya sauce - 2 tbs
- Chilly garlic sauce - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Cornflour - 1 tbs
- Water - 3 tbs
Palak Mutter Paneer

Talking about today’s dish- Palak Mutter Paneer is also made using Hudson canola oil
- 2 cups chopped ,boiled spinach/palak
- 1 length wise chopped onions/pyaz
- 1 cup boiled peas/mutter
- 1 ½ cups grated cottage cheese/paneer
- 2 length wise chopped tomatoes/tamatar
- 5 cloves of garlic chrushed/lehsun
- 1 teaspoon of ginger paste/adrak
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder/haldi
- 3 green chilles chopped/hari mirchi
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder/dhainya
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 clove/laung
- 1 bayleaf/tej patta
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil

Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, ginger garlic paste and onions if using
- Brown Bread slices x8
- Grated Paneer 1 cup
- Blanched and chopped cup of saag

- 200gm Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)

- 2 or 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tablespoons of Ginger Paste
- 5-6 tablespoons of Oil : Sunflower oil

- Cinnamon (Darchini): 1/4 of a stick
- Cardamom (Elaichi): 3 small one
- Clove (Labongo/laung): 3
- Garam Masala: ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder (Jeera): 1 table-spoon
- Turmeric powder (Halud/Haldi): 1 tea-spoon
- Sugar: 1 tea-spoon
- Water

- 3-4 Medium Pepper (Green/Yellow/Red) (Washed)

- 1 tablespoons of Ginger Paste (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup (optional)
- 5-6 tablespoons of Oil : Sunflower oil
- Spices:
