Add the sugar to the milk and boil, stirring
- 250 g of dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g fine sugar
- 70 g of milk
- 2 tbsp Amaretto (or other liqueur)
- Cocoa powder
Orange liqueur

Wash the oranges carefully, score about 20 small cuts into each orange and push the coffee beans and cloves inside
- 2 litres of eau de vie (pear)
- 2 large oranges
- 40 coffee beans
- 40 sugar cubes
- 4 cloves
