Step 1

Wash the chicken (1.5 kg), both the inside and outside with lemon only. Leave to drain for half an hour.

Step 2

Spread a generous amount of salt in the oven dish. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and put in the oven for 1 and half hours (or more if needed).
