Pesto Stuffed Tomatoes

  • 1 x punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 x tablespoons of pesto
  • 1 x tablespoon of creme fraiche
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Basil leaves to serve

Step 1

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds

Step 2

In a bowl mix together the pesto and creme fraiche and spoon in to the tomato shells

Step 3

Sprinkle the tops with parmesan cheese

Step 4

Arrange on a plate and decorate with basil leaves.
