Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 C warm water
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C oil
- 2 Tbsp Fermipan instant yeast
- 4C flour
- 4C flour (2nd amount)
- 1 Tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350F. In large bowl whip eggs, then add next 3 ingredients.
Step 2
Mix together next 2 ingredients, then add to above. Stir well.
Step 3
Combine last 2 ingredients and add to dough. Stir to blend well.
Step 4
Let rise in warm place (i.e. oven with light) for 15 minutes. Punch down, don't knead.
Step 5
Let rise for 15 minutes. Punch down and form buns. Place on greased pans, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Step 6
Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes.
Recipe can be halved.
