- 8oz self raising flour
- 4oz butter
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- milk
- 2 cups mixed fruit
- 1tsp all spice
- 1/4cup cherries
- 2 eggs
- milk
- walnuts for top of cake

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan, add sugar then flour.
Step 2
Beat the eggs in a cup and make up to cup full with milk.
Step 3
Add eggs, milk, fruit and spice and mix well.
Step 4
Put into tin, decorate with walnuts, and cook for 1 1/2hrs at 350F/180C
