- 150g Monterrey Jack Cheese (grated)
- 4 chilli peppers
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 4 rashers of bacon
- 250ml milk
- 500g pasta

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the pasta on a simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 2
2. Chop the chilli peppers into small slices and dice the chicken.
Step 3
3. Brown the chicken and cook for 12 minutes on frying pan.
Step 4
4. Heat milk in a pot and add the cheese, heating until its all melted.
Step 5
5. Once cooked add the chicken to the sauce and chop the bacon and add it as well.
Step 6
6. Quickly fry the chilies only for a minute or so then add to sauce.
Step 7
7. Stir the sauce until thick then drain the pasta and add to sauce.
Step 8
8. Stir everything in the pot and serve.
