A lovely sticky zesty chicken kebab recipe serve with rice

  • 1tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 3tblsp veg oil
  • Finely grated zest and juice 1 lime
  • 4 chicken breasts

Step 1

In a bowl whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, oil and lime zest and juice

Step 2

Cube chicken and add to marinade, cover and leave for 2hrs pref overnight

Step 3

Soak skewers so they dont burn, add chicken on its own or add veg such as onion, pepper, tomato or mushroom, cook under grill or over bbq till done


Soaking wooden skewers stops them burning and makes food easier to come of
