Ingredients
- 6oz WholeMeal Flour
- 2oz Soft Dark Brown Sugar
- 3oz Suet
- 1tsp Bicarb Of Soda
- 2tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Golden Syrup + 2tbsp Golden syrup for base of basin
- Rind and juice of 1 Orange
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Essance
- 1/4Pt Milk

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine ALL ingredients together.
Step 2
Pour 2nd measure of golden syrup into basin, spoon pudding mixture on top,
Step 3
Cover all of basin in cling film slit top.
OR
Cover top of basin with greaseproof paper with a pleat in the top, tie top with string.
Step 4
Cook on high power in microwave for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes or until cooked.
Step 5
Stand for 5 minutes, before turning out.
Step 6
Serve with custard.
Nice for cold Winter days.
