- (Or 1lb Mixed Fruit)
- teaspoon mixed Spice
- ¾ lb Self Raising flour
- 1 egg
- ½ pint cold strained tea

Soak the dried fruit, sugar & spice in tea overnight
Step 2
Add egg
Step 3
Fold in flour
Step 4
Put in greased and lined 2 lb loaf tin and cook at 130°C for 2 ½ hours.
Improves with keeping for a few days.
