Preparation

Step 1

Put the butter in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric whisk until completely softeed. Add the milk and sift in half the icing sugar. Beat for several minutes.

Step 2

Add the remaining icing sugar and beat again until light and fluffy. The longer you beat the buttercream, the smoother it gets. When ready use te butter cream to ice or fill your cake
