- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- milk

Step 1
Place the sour cream in a mixing bowl with 2 cups of the powdered sugar. Mix and add salt and lemon juice. Add more powdered sugar until icing is desired consistency.
Step 2
