Ingredients

  • Dry ingredients fill a 1l jar- layer them
  • 90g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 90g plain flour
  • 300g brown sugar
  • 80g chopped walnuts (almonds/pecans//raisins)
  • 60g chocolate chips/chunks
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 225g softened butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 160ºc / 320ºf / gas mark 3

Step 2

Line a 7" x 11" baking tin with baking paper

Step 3

Empty jar contents into a bowl and mix together thoroughly

Step 4

Mix in the eggs and softened butter

Step 5

Spread onto baking tray

Step 6

Bake for 30-35 minutes until there is a cake-like crust with a moist and gooey centre
