Ingredients
- Dry ingredients fill a 1l jar- layer them
- 90g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 90g plain flour
- 300g brown sugar
- 80g chopped walnuts (almonds/pecans//raisins)
- 60g chocolate chips/chunks
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 225g softened butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 160ºc / 320ºf / gas mark 3
Step 2
Line a 7" x 11" baking tin with baking paper
Step 3
Empty jar contents into a bowl and mix together thoroughly
Step 4
Mix in the eggs and softened butter
Step 5
Spread onto baking tray
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 minutes until there is a cake-like crust with a moist and gooey centre
