  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp plain flour
  • 1½ tsp hot chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tin of kidney beans
  • Quorn mince
