Ingredients
- Pastry
- 200g plain flour
- 100g butter
- 35ml water
- Filling
- 100ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 100g cheese grated

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat your oven at 190
Step 2
In a bowl mix with your hands the flour, butter and a little of the cheese together to create what looks like breadcrumbs
Step 3
Once you have breadcrumbs add the water a little at a time to form a dough, once you have a dough crap it in cling film and put it in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes
Step 4
For the filling mix together your egg, milk and the rest of the cheese in a bowl.
Step 5
Roll out your pastry on a flowered surface then line a pie dish with your pastry cutting the excess away
Step 6
Pour your filling into your pastry dish then cook on the middle shelf for 30 - 45 minutes
