- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 vegetable stock cubes
- fresh or tinned mushrooms - (butter)
- garlic (crushed and cooked)
- dried peppers, vegetables, onions (pre soaked)

Step 1
Cut the mushrooms in half (if fresh - cook in a little butter), add to soup with the stock cubes.
Add the pre soaked vegetables with the garlic, heat thoroughly and serve over pork chops.
