  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 vegetable stock cubes
  • fresh or tinned mushrooms - (butter)
  • garlic (crushed and cooked)
  • dried peppers, vegetables, onions (pre soaked)

Step 1

Cut the mushrooms in half (if fresh - cook in a little butter), add to soup with the stock cubes.

Add the pre soaked vegetables with the garlic, heat thoroughly and serve over pork chops.
