Preparation

Step 1

Clean your mushrooms delicately. Slice into strips about 3 to 5 mm thick.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil, about 1cm high in the pan. Fry the mushroom chips in the oil, turning after 2 to 3 minutes depending on your taste.

Step 2

When they're cooked, place them on kitchen roll to absorb the excess oil, salt and pepper to taste, and serve!
