Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 melon
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 ml thick crème fraîche
- 60g caster sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and cut the strawberries in half.
Step 2
Peel and remove the seeds from the melon and cut into slices 1 to 2 cm thick.
Step 3
Preheat the oven grill.
Step 4
Line the mini oven dishes with the fruit (if they are not non-stick, butter them first).
Step 5
Whisk the sugar with the egg yolks until frothy.
Step 6
Stir in the creme fraiche.
Step 7
When the mixture is well blended, pour over fruit.
Step 8
Grill under the oven grill.
Step 9
Serve hot.
