  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 melon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 ml thick crème fraîche
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and cut the strawberries in half.

Step 2

Peel and remove the seeds from the melon and cut into slices 1 to 2 cm thick.

Preheat the oven grill.

Whisk the sugar with the egg yolks until frothy.
