5 hour Christmas capon

- 1 capon 4 kg
- 1 bouquet garni
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- Small potatoes
- morels
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Start by adding salt and pepper generously outside and inside of the capon.
Step 2
Insert a bouquet garni in the cpon with 2 cloves garlic and the shallot.
Step 3
Put the capon in a cooking bag, or cover the baking dish with cling film. Bake at 150 ° C and forget it for 3 hours!
Step 4
After 3 hours, uncover (or remove from the bag), add the potatoes and mushrooms around, drizzle with white wine.
Bake again for two hours, uncovered and baste every 15 minutes with the juices.
Step 5
Put the oven to 220 ° C for the last 15 minutes to heat the meat all the way through so that it stays warm on the plates.
