Ingredients
- 1 leg of capon
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 50 ml of white wine
- 1 tin of chestnuts
- 1 onion
- A little flour

Step 1
Cut the onion into small cubes. Colour the leg of capon in a pan.
Step 2
Add the onions, cook gently without colouring them. Deglaze with white wine and reduce.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir well. Add the chicken stock. Cook the leg, covered, for 30 minutes. Add the chestnuts and cook for another 15 mins.
