Easy French crepe mix

  • 400g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom rum
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step 1

Mix the flour, eggs, orange blossom, salt and milk together in a bowl with an electric mixer.

Step 2

Add the water gradually, whisking continuously.

Step 3

When all the water is add, mix a good couple of minutes until the batter is smooth and lump free.
Leave to settle for a few hours, covered with a damp dish cloth before making your crepes.
