  • 75 g egg whites
  • 60 g caster sugar
  • 90 g almond powder

Step 1

- Mix the whites with the sugar with a whisk
- Add the ground almonds
- Spread between two sheets of greaseproof paper about 4 mm thick. - Freeze

Step 2

- Cut to the size you need and gently lay on your pastries.
