Step 1
Cut the banana into slices, place them in a buttered pan a few minutes.
Place 3-4 slices of fruit on the filo pastry already brushed with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 2
Fold in both edges of the pastry and roll.
Fry in fairly hot oil but not smoking.
