  • 4 eggs
  • 4 large spoonfuls of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 oeufs
  • 1 handful of your choice of herbs - chopped
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Mix together the flour and the eggs. Slowly add in the milk, mixing slowly.

Step 2

Stir in the herbs.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a glass pan, oiled and already hot.

Step 4

Cook it in the oven for 30 minutes at 185°

Step 5

Serve with a green salad on the side.

Heat the pan in the oven while it preheats during the preparation.
