- 4 eggs
- 4 large spoonfuls of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 oeufs
- 1 handful of your choice of herbs - chopped
- salt and pepper

Mix together the flour and the eggs. Slowly add in the milk, mixing slowly.
Stir in the herbs.
Pour the mixture into a glass pan, oiled and already hot.
Cook it in the oven for 30 minutes at 185°
Serve with a green salad on the side.
