- 50 g Roquefort cheese (or more!)
- 100 ml crème fraîche
- 4 beef burgers
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Cook the beef burgers in a frying pan, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by melting the roquefort or a different blue cheese if you prefer in a small pan. When almost melted, add the cream and mix well. Salt and pepper. Serve the burgers topped with the sauce, accompanied with pasta shells for example.
