Maple syrup tart
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 100 ml of maple syrup
- 100 ml of single cream
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
In a saucepan, pour the maple syrup, brown sugar and cream. Thicken a few minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Leave to cool off the heat.
Meanwhile pre-cook the pastry for 15 minutes.
When the mixture is lukewarm, add 2 eggs and whisk. Pour over the pastry and bake 20 minutes at 150 ° and cook another 5 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees. When the tart starts to make small bubbles it is ready!
The tart will be a little liquid in the oven which is normal. Leave to set overnight until it's nice and firm.
The following day it's ready to be enjoyed!
