Step 1
- Roll out the pastry and cut out circles of about 14 cm. Add all around the edges, a border of pastry, a cm wide, stuck with water and pressing with a finger
- Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
- Place the slices on the pastry like a pie. Sprinkle with a little sugar
- Cut slices of goats cheese and reserve
- Bake the tarts on a baking tray in a hot oven (180 °C) for 25 minutes
- Then add a few slices of goats cheese on top
- Bake for another 8 minutes
- Serve
