Matcha green tea tiramisu

- 250g mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 teaspoon of green tea diluted in a little warm water
- twenty ladyfingers
- a tablespoon of rum + 100 ml water
- some strawberries for decoration

Step 1
Separate the whites and yolks. Beat the mascarpone with the egg yolks and the sugar. Add the Matcha tea, diluted. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mascarpone. Start to make the tiramisu, either in individual dessert glasses or in a dish. Dip the biscuits into the rum/water mixture (the unsugar coated side). Place them on the bottom of the glass or dish then pour over a little mascarpone. Continue until you have no more mix left.
Step 2
Cover and leave overnight or 6 hours minimum in the fridge to set. Before serving, sift a little tea on top of the tiramisu and decorate with fresh berries.
