Sangria with peaches and apples

Soak the fruit for several hours in the wine, sugar, cognac, Cointreau and fruit juice
- - 2 litres of Spanish red wine
- - 100g caster sugar
- - 10 cl of cognac
- - 10 cl of Cointreau
- - 8 cl orange juice
- - 4 cl lemon juice
- - 1 orange
- - 1/2 lemon
- - 2 peaches
- - 1 apple
- - 1/2 litre of soda
Non-alcoholic mojitos

Take 4 glasses
- 1 lime
- 20 mint leaves
- soda water
- 8 tsp sugar
Kingston cocktail
Pour all the doses into a shaker
- 3 cl white rum
- 2 cl orange liqueur (triple sec, Cointreau, Grand Marnier)
- 1.5 cl pineapple juice
- 1 cl crème de banane
- 0.5 cl blue curacao
Champagne soup

- • 70 g of cane sugar syrup

- - 1.5 litres of elderberry juice
- - 0.50 l of wine cooked (Porto)
- - 10 cl Rum
- - 10 star anise
- - 8 cinnamon sticks

- - Vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean)
- - 400g orange
- - 40g apples
