Ingredients
- • 150 g of cucumber France
- • 0.5 litre of red wine
- • 70 g of orange
- • 100 g pear
- • 1 cardamom seed
- • 1 clove
- • Coriander seeds
- • Cinnamon
- • 60 g Cointreau and 40 g Cognac
- • 70 g of cane sugar syrup

Preparation
Step 1
The night before:
Pour the 0.5l of red wine (12°) into a bowl. Soak the 70g of diced oranges, the 100g of diced pears, the cardamom seed, the clove, 1 tsp of coriander seeds and 1 tsp of cinnamon in the red wine. Stir well, then add the Cointreau, Cognac and the cane sugar syrup.
Step 2
The following day:
Drain the wine into a jug. Check the taste and add more sugar if necessary.
Add the 150g of cucumber, diced evenly, and place in the fridge. The sangria must be served chilled.
For decoration, place a few cubes of cucumber and cherry tomatoes on cocktails to be served with the sangria.
