Ingredients
- - 2 litres of Spanish red wine
- - 100g caster sugar
- - 10 cl of cognac
- - 10 cl of Cointreau
- - 8 cl orange juice
- - 4 cl lemon juice
- - 1 orange
- - 1/2 lemon
- - 2 peaches
- - 1 apple
- - 1/2 litre of soda

Step 1
Soak the fruit for several hours in the wine, sugar, cognac, Cointreau and fruit juice.
Step 2
Place in the fridge. Add the soda just before serving.
