- - 2 litres of red wine
- - 1.5 litres of elderberry juice
- - 0.50 l of wine cooked (Porto)
- - 10 cl Rum
- - 10 star anise
- - 8 cinnamon sticks
- - 140g of honey
- - Vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean)
- - 400g orange
- - 40g apples

Cut the oranges and apples and soak in rum.
In a saucepan, combine the elderberries, red wine, cinnamon, vanilla. Boil.
Strain the mixture through a strainer and remove the spices. Then return back to the pot with the honey and macerated fruit, previously drained. Add the cooked wine.
Heat again. Serve hot!
