  • 120ml soya sauce
  • 120ml rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mirin
  • 1/2 finely grated ginger
  • squeeze of lime juice

For the dough: Mix flour with salt, dig a well and add the other ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • * 2 cups flour or 500ml
  • * 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • * 1 tsp salt
  • * 1 packet of instant dry yeast
  • * 1 tbsp sugar
  • * 250ml of warm water
  • For the stuffing:
  • * 3 large carrots
  • * 1/2 grated onion
  • * Salt, tabel (coriander), caraway
  • * Harissa and harrouss (dried chili paste in Oriental grocery shops)
  • * 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 8-10 Spring roll wrappers
  • Oil to deep fry
  • For stuffing:
  • 1 cup Mix vegetables chopped very fine - Carrot, Cabbage, Beans, Corns, Bell Peppers etc.
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup fresh egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped small
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped very small - optional
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
