Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
- 120ml soya sauce
- 120ml rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp mirin
- 1/2 finely grated ginger
- squeeze of lime juice

This delicious Monsoon snack is one of my favourite among deep fried food
- 8-10 Spring roll wrappers
- Oil to deep fry
- For stuffing:
- 1 cup Mix vegetables chopped very fine - Carrot, Cabbage, Beans, Corns, Bell Peppers etc.
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup fresh egg noodles
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped small
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped very small - optional
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil

For the dough: Mix flour with salt, dig a well and add the other ingredients
- For the dough:
- * 2 cups flour or 500ml
- * 6 tablespoons olive oil
- * 1 tsp salt
- * 1 packet of instant dry yeast
- * 1 tbsp sugar
- * 250ml of warm water
- For the stuffing:
- * 3 large carrots
- * 1/2 grated onion
- * Salt, tabel (coriander), caraway
- * Harissa and harrouss (dried chili paste in Oriental grocery shops)
- * 3 tbsp olive oil
