- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose/plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 standard wooden spoonful of Oreo butter
- 2 eggs
- 20 Oreos
Oreo Brownies

Oreos put into a brownie mixture which go soft when cooked into them
- 165g butter, plus extra for greasing
- 200g dark chocolate, grated or finely chopped
- 3 free-range eggs
- 2 free-range egg yolks
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 165g soft light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- pinch salt
- 154g pack chocolate biscuits, such as Oreos, broken into quarters
- icing sugar, for dusting
