- 3 Kinder Bueno chocolate bars
Kids Kit-Kat Smarties Cake

Rich sponge cake with custard filling, dipped in chocolate, covered in smarties and surrounded by kit-kat
- FOR THE SPONGE:
- -1 yoghurt (natural or flavoured)
- -1 tbsp of olive oil
- -2 tsbp of sugar
- -3 tbsp of flour confectionery
- -1 sachet of yeast
- - Eggs 3 L
- DECORATION:
- -200gr of chocolate
- -200ml of cream
- -kit-kat 12 bars
- -1 package of smarties
- FOR THE FILLING:
- -4 egg yolks
- -125 g of sugar
- -40 g of cornstarch
- -1 vanilla pod
- -1/2 L milk
- - Lemon or orange rind.

- 2 packages of chocolate Kit Kat
- 250 ml milk
- 500 ml cream

Before you start the recipe, preheat the oven to 180°C
- For the sponge:
- * Cocoa powder
- * Yeast
- * Milk
- * Eggs
- * Flour
- * Sugar
- * Oil
- For decoration
- * 5 Kit-Kats
- * Liquid cream
- * Chocolate Coulant

The first thing we will do is to prepare the pastry cream
- For the biscuit base:
- 200 g digestive biscuits.
- 100 gr. of butter.
- For the pastry cream:
- 500 ml of milk.
- 100 gr. of sugar.
- A tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
- 40 Gr. cornstarch.
- 4 eggs.
- A pinch of salt.
- For the mousse:
- 700 ml. cream whipping very cold.
- 1/2 cup of milk.
- 100 gr. of sugar.
- 9 gelatin sheets.
- About 500 gr. of custard, already cold.
- The rest of the pastry cream.
- A splash of milk.
- 3 leaves of gelatine.
- For decoration:
- 12 packs of Kit kat
- 1 or 2 bags of Maltereses (according to the size of the cake).

We start with the cake: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- For the sponge:
- -1 1/2 cups flour
- -2 teaspoons baking powder
- -1/4 teaspoon salt
- -1/2 cup of butter without salt, at room temperature
- -1 cup sugar
- -3 egg whites, at room temperature
- -1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- -3/4 cups milk, at room temperature
- For the filling:
- -250 ml vegetable cream
- -5 beautiful cocharadas of nutella
- -6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
- To decorate:
- -4 packages of kit kat
- -1 bag of lacasitos or M & M's
- -1 loop

- 3 tbsp icing sugar

- 3 bars of Kinder Bueno (2 for the topping and 1 for the decoration)
