Ingredients

  • For the sponge:
  • -1 1/2 cups flour
  • -2 teaspoons baking powder
  • -1/4 teaspoon salt
  • -1/2 cup of butter without salt, at room temperature
  • -1 cup sugar
  • -3 egg whites, at room temperature
  • -1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • -3/4 cups milk, at room temperature
  • For the filling:
  • -250 ml vegetable cream
  • -5 beautiful cocharadas of nutella
  • -6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • To decorate:
  • -4 packages of kit kat
  • -1 bag of lacasitos or M & M's
  • -1 loop

Preparation

Step 1

We start with the cake:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease and flour 3 molds
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.


Beat the butter and sugar. Gradually add the egg whites and mix until well combined.

Add the vanilla and mix until fully combined.
Add the flour mixture and the milk in two alternating additions, starting with the flour and ending with the milk.

Put in the mold and bake for about 20 minutes (Alternatively, pierce with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's ready).

Remove from the tin and let cool on a wire rack.

I made the cake last night and once cooled, I wrapped it in cling film and got them to the fridge overnight.

To make the filling, spread vegetable oil over the cake and add spoonfuls of nutella and mix gently with a fork.

When you have everything miwed, line the sides with kit kat bars, cover with smarties and tie it all together with a nice bow.
