- 6 inch piece of cucumber
- 3 small Kale leaves, torn & de-stemmed or 1 small handful spinach leaves
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup coconut water
- juice of one lime
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2-3 drops stevia or a tsp of raw honey

- 2 frozen bananas
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsps pure maple syrup/ 1 tsp raw honey/ a few drops stevia (optional for added sweetness)
- 2 tbsps cocoa powder/ cacao powder/ carob powder
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice (I'm using almond butter)
- pinch of good quality salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- some ice cubes

- 2 ripe bananas (with brown spots on its skin), fresh or frozen
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger or freshly grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil or fermented cod liver oil
- a few drops of garlic tincture
- 1 tbsp or tsp raw honey (depending on how sweet you want it)
- a dash of ceylon cinnamon
- 6-8 ice cubes
