The Healthiest Chocolate Milkshake Recipe Ever


I'm not kidding when I say this is THE Healthiest chocolate milkshake recipe. It tastes just as good as the McDonalds milkshakes do, but is, of course, waaaay healthier than those toxic concoctions. It's full of natural sweetness from the bananas, which acts as the ice cream when frozen. The nut butter makes it oh so creamy, and you barely even need to add any extra sweetener to this.

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsps pure maple syrup/ 1 tsp raw honey/ a few drops stevia (optional for added sweetness)
  • 2 tbsps cocoa powder/ cacao powder/ carob powder
  • ¼ cup nut butter of choice (I'm using almond butter)
  • pinch of good quality salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • some ice cubes
