  • Spice mix
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin – I crushed cumin seeds in a mortar
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
