  • 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped spring onions
  • 3-4 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper
