Savoury pie with salmon

Cut each slice of bread into 4 triangles. Place in a ramekin and toast them in the oven. Fry the shallots with a little butter, but do not brown. Beat the egg and the yolk with the creme fraiche, the chopped chives (as much as you want) and the shallot.
Place the salmon in the ramekins, add the egg mixture and bake for approximately 15 mins at 160 °C. Check regularly so the bread does not burn, otherwise lower the heat and continue baking until the egg is cooked.
