Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk the yogurt and fromage blanc. Stir in the almonds or hazelnuts and kirsch (if available). Cover and place in the fridge.

2. Wash the strawberries, cherries and grapes. Peel and cut the pineapple into chunks if it is fresh (or canned pineapple).

Step 2

Pour the dip into a small bowl in the centre of a large plate. Arrange the fruit and biscuits and crackers on the plate. Garnish with mint leaves.
