The only thing to wrestle in.....
- Meat Juices (all juices from the roast animal you are cooking)
- 100g Plain Flour
- 250ml Red Wine
- Chicken Stock Cube
- Vegetable Stock (water from cooking carrots or parsnips)
- 1 Teaspoon Marmite
- 1 Teaspoon HP Sauce
- Dash Balsamic Vinegar
- Gravy Browning

Combine Meat Juices and Flour in a saucepan on a low heat. Whisk well.
Add wine slowly whilst whisking.
Add vegetable stock (until desired consistency) and continue whisking.
Add remaining ingredients and continue to stir occasionally.
