Grated the pineapples and remain the juices.
Cook the pineapples with the juice retain, clove and cinnamon stick together. Cook them over high heat.
Cook until the water has reduced to half. Add in sugar and mix well.
Stir once in a while to make sure the sauce is not burnt. Cook until the fillings become almost dry and sticky. Roll the fillings into small balls.
In a bowl, mix in flour, salt and butter. Mix until crumbly.
Add the eggs and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough flat. Cut into small round shapes using a mold.
Place the pineapples ball on top of the crust.
Bake for 15min at 170oC.
